[fixed] Fail to insert dummy STA entry for the AP (error -17)

• My linux couldn’t connect to WiFi

• dmesg in terminal shows

• LMDE 201201 (with update 4)
• linux kernel 3.2.0-2-486 (see yours with uname -r in terminal)
• wireless NIC: RT3090 Wireless 802.11n 1T/1R
• wired ethernet: Realtek RTL8101E/RTL8102E

2. use NDISWrapper instead of linux driver · source
3. my way
   • disconnect Wired Ethernet
   • restart
   • connect to WiFi (no more error)
   • connect Ethernet
